Senior Lecturer in Football Coaching at Solent University and Youth Development Phase coach at Southampton Academy, Graham Mills, will take an in-depth look at how coaches can created Individual Development Plan for players underpinned by game theory. He will takes a "gamification" approach and looks predominantly at the Youth Development Phase (U12 - U16), using a platform and language that is age appropriate.
