We were recently joined on the MSC Podcast by head coach of Philadelphia Union II, Marlon LeBlanc, to discuss the differences between college and pro environments in the US. Having spent fourteen successful seasons at West Virginia University, few better understand the dynamics of player development better than Marlon. In this interview he shares some unique differences in both environments and explains how they can impact the journey of a player. In addition, Marlon also shares his own personal journey through the coaching ranks and discusses how he has evolved and grown, as well as sharing perspectives from a family and parent viewpoint on the coaching profession.
